TERM AND CONDITION

•Orders are accepted through our Smile Orchid online order page;or in writing by fax, email or letter.To ensure safe and prompt arrival, please, provoded us the following information.

—Customer's cleary written address.

—Customer's telephone, fax number and email address.

—Destination airport.

—Importation Permit Number if any.

•All prices are quoted in US. dollars, F.O.B. Bangkok, Thailand.

•Minimum order is $300, 10 pieces for blooming size, 50 for medium size and seedling size.

•There is USD $70 dollars handling fee.

•All shipments will be shipped by airfreight. The airfreight fee must pay either by collected or prepaid.

•All orders must be prepaid in full amount by bank transfer.

•We guarantee the safe arrival of plants in case of damage, please, notify us within 5 days of recieving date.

•Please inquire us for the availibility of the plants you are interesting in, then, we will confirm for your final order.

•Each shipment will be with the following document:

—2 invoices.

—2 packing list and airway bill.

—CITES permit (issue by the Thai Government).

—Phytosanitary Certificate (issue by the Thai Government).

—a certificate of origin will be included for countries that require this document (issue by the Thai Government).
